We moved from another state, and only had one weekend to actually look at houses. Vicki communicated with us in advance, she sent us a list of available property that fit our criteria, and she was very patient when we also asked about a bunch of other places. She guided us in selecting which places to look at. When we came to Hershey, she had an itinerary ready, with all our chosen locations in an efficient order. Some she recommended just driving by, including our top pick — and as soon as we saw the location, we understood why and quickly moved on. All day, she was patient with all our questions, pointed out things we didn’t know to look for, and helped entertain our energetic 6 year-old through 9 different showings. Afterwards we talked through all the options, wi the a lot of input from Vicki about schools, busy roads (including those that were quiet on our Sunday visit but wouldn’t be during the week), and bikeability. Once we picked a house, Vicki helped us decide on an offer to make, and was a strong support and advocate throughout the process with sellers who were perhaps not the easiest to work with. This wasn’t even our first home purchase, but many times we were worried that maybe WE were the ones being unreasonable. Vicki drew on her broad experience to assure us when the other party was being extreme, and when it a normal step in the process. That calm perspective really helped! From start to finish, and ever after the sale was complete, Vicki has been knowledgeable, professional, and very kind and easy to work with. She’s the kind of agent we hope to keep in touch with, invite over to visit socially, and recommend to friends.
